According to various reports, BMW G310 RR in Nepal is expected to launch by December 2022. The new BMW G 310 RR appears to be very similar to TVS Apache RR 310 sharing the same wheels, exhaust, lower fairing, and even the tires. BMW has equipped the 310 RR with a 312cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder, 4 valve engine that is co-developed with TVS. This engine can generate a max power of 34 PS @9700 RPM and 27.3 Nm @7700 RPM. The engine will also come mated to a 6-speed gearbox that gets a slipper clutch.
The BMW G 310 RR comes with a host of features including an all-digital instrument cluster with phone connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity, riding modes, ride-by-wire throttle, ABS, and more. It also gets LED headlights, LED tail-lights, and LED indicators. Apart from the riding modes, it also gets dual-channel ABS as standard. BMW is also likely to provide options for customizations in terms of an adjustable front USD suspension and sportier clip-on handlebars. Since TVS and BMW have jointly developed this platform and engine, the motorcycles are assumed to be identical.
