Horn

The horn is a warning, not a way of moving people along. Use it to let someone know you are there - at a blind bend on a hill road, or when overtaking a vehicle that cannot see you.

It is prohibited near schools and hospitals, and where a gathering or demonstration is taking place. Many urban areas restrict it entirely, and a no-horn sign is a circular prohibition sign.

Continuous or aggressive use is both an offence and noise pollution.
