Pedestrians
At a zebra crossing the pedestrian has priority. A driver approaching one slows down and lets them cross - that is the rule, and it applies whether or not anyone is already on the crossing.
Slow down near schools, hospitals and markets, and do not sound the horn there. Children and elderly people do not judge vehicle speed the way you do.
Give way to those who cannot easily get out of your way: school children, elderly people, and anyone with a disability.
At night, remember pedestrians see your headlights long before you see them. Assume you have not been seen.
